Grade 6 Scale Point 7 ( £25,584 per annum pro rata)
27.5 hpw, term time only (with the opportunity for additional hours if desired)
Fixed Term until July 2026 in the first instance

We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our warm, community-focused school. At Lower Heath, we pride ourselves on being a happy, creative and supportive team, committed to providing an excellent education for every child.
In this varied role, you’ll work closely with class teachers and our SENDCo to support pupils both in class and through targeted group or individual interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support children's learning in the classroom
· Assist with individual and small group interventions
· Support class teachers with classroom management and resources
We’re looking for someone who:
· Has a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
· Has 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including maths and English
· Is warm, approachable and committed to helping children succeed
· Works well collaboratively with teachers and children and supports inclusive learning
· Has experience working with primary-aged children
