The Role

Behaviour Support Mentor

This vital role within the behaviour department offers the opportunity to positively impact students, helping them navigate challenges and succeed. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and bring a positive outlook, ensuring every student has the chance to access a meaningful and rewarding education.

 

Grade 6, Point 7 - 11 (£25,584 - £27,269 pro rata)

37 hours per week

Term time only + 2 days
