Wellbeing Leader
Are you passionate about education, well organised and willing to go the ‘extra mile’ for the attainment of all students?
If yes, we want you to come and work in our school to ensure the general care and welfare of our students. This role is a pastoral position supporting the Director of Year to ensure all students in the year team are supported to attend lessons and ensure their wellbeing is maintained. This is the start of a new era for the school, and you will be part of our drive for continuous improvement and outcomes, as we continue to provide a strong education for the community of Oswestry in idyllic rural Shropshire.
Grade 7, scp 12 (£14.37/hr, Actual Salary £23,224 per annum pro rata’d)
37 hours per week , Term time only
